Direct Rheumatology Care
Up to 3 joint/trigger point injections per year
Unlimited follow-up visits, including telemedicine visits

Membership
Patients can qualify for membership after an initial consultation appointment. A one-time $100 activation fee is required for new members.

While our office doesn’t accept insurance, you can still use your insurance benefits for laboratory tests, imaging studies, prescription medications, and covered infusion services. We can provide you with a superbill for your insurance company, but our office cannot guarantee reimbursement.
